Motivation Assessment Scale Kit

This is an all-inclusive Excel workbook with instructions designed to simplify the administration of the MAS, or Motivation Assessment Scale. It contains sections for behavioral details as well as function based questions that auto-populate a table for the assessor. It contains information on instruction and interpretation of Mean Scores. The table created by input generates a cumulative graph demonstrating functions across behaviors in sheet two, as well as a graph that's auto-generated for each individual behavior in the subsequent sheets in the excel workbook.

All formulas have been carefully designed for ease of use and will only work correctly if no cells are deleted or moved, only the information for data and definitions is added.
