RBT Monthly Evaluation Spreadsheet (3 C's)

Simple 3 pronged RBT monthly evaluation document for agency use. The three items are alliterated for training purposes for the RBT's understanding of what they will be scored on in order to receive periodic bonuses. Items are "Consistency", "Credibility", and "Commitment", with explanations of specific observable measures for each.
